We're Excited To Announce Our New Far West Coach
Dana Randolph is the new Far West coach for MSST. Dana grew up ski racing for the Mt. Shasta Ski Team, joining the team when she was six years old. Throughout her years at Mt. Shasta, she participated in the Starters, Regional, Far West, and high school programs.
Dana earned both ski and academic scholarships to The College of Idaho. During her college ski career Dana was in the top 3 in GS and Slalom in the Northwest Region, had the opportunity to compete at USCSA Regional and National Championships, won a Skier Cross Team National Championship, and was awarded a Scholar All-American Athlete award.
After completing her own skiing career, Dana went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts in elementary education, teaching credential, and Masters in the Art of Education from The College of Idaho. During this time, she also coached for the competitive team at Bogus Basin Ski Education Foundation.
Dana just moved back to Redding and is teaching first grade at Alta Mesa Elementary School. She is excited to rejoin the team that started her ski racing career as a coach and give back to the MSST community.
